You can update your Frontier Member details and tour preferences by following these steps:

1. Sign in to your Frontier Member account at frontiertouring.com/signin
2. Tap on your profile in the top right corner of the Frontier Touring website
3. Select ‘My details’
4. Find all your account details and tour notification preferences on this page. You can edit any section by selecting the Edit buttons.

To sign in to your Frontier Member account, please ensure that you’ve tried the following:

• Sign in to the Frontier Touring website here
• Ensure you are signing in with your correct email and password
• If you’re still having trouble, use our Forgot Password page here and we'll send you instructions on how to reset it (please wait a few minutes and then check your email inbox and junk folder)

Please note, your Frontier Member account is different from the account that you may have set up with the official ticket agency to purchase tickets.

By cancelling your Frontier Member account, you will no longer receive Frontier Member presale access, tour announcements and updates, newsletters, exclusive competitions and special offers.

You can unsubscribe in one of two ways:

Option 1: Sign in to your Frontier Member account and click the ‘Cancel membership’ button at the bottom of the ‘My details’ page.

Option 2: Click the ‘Unsubscribe’ text link in the footer of any Frontier Touring email you have received.
